L7 Admin Guard Terms of Use

Overview
These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the L7 Admin Guard browser extension, APIs, and the dashboard provided by L7 Admin Guard.
Accounts and Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Configuration Tokens and Master Passwords. If you share a token with other users, you bear responsibility for their actions under that token.
Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Dashboard users may subscribe to premium features. Payments are securely processed via Creem.io.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and will not renew thereafter.
- Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using our service, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities:
- Using gateways for illegal activities
- Conducting port scanning, DDoS attacks, or spamming
- Attempting unauthorized access to third-party systems via our gateways
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account and tokens without notice if we detect a violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. L7 Admin Guard shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or unavailability of your resources arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, technical limits, or pricing. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
